All sales are final

Fight IQ upgrades are digital and unlock right away, so all sales are final.

If delivery fails, we make it right

If you paid and your full breakdown or certificate didn't unlock or doesn't work, email us within 14 days of purchase. We'll either fix it or refund you in full.

Email fightiqtest@gmail.com and include:

Which test you took
The date you paid and your Stripe receipt (or the email you paid with)
What went wrong, with a screenshot if you have one

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Your card statement shows FIGHTIQ QUIZ. If you don't recognize a charge, please email us first; we answer every message.
